1. Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have received an incorrect or defective item, you may return it for a full refund or exchange for a different size, style, or color.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact).
  • Shoes should be tried on indoors to avoid dirt or damage that could affect the eligibility of the return.
  • Customized or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.

2. How to Return or Exchange Your Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Reach out to us at info@blosnapo.com or call our hotline at (806) 234-2013 to inform us about your intention to return or exchange the product. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: After receiving your request, our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns without authorization may not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item Back: After receiving return instructions, pack the product securely and ship it back to us at the following address:

    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

  4. Processing the Return/Exchange: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After inspection, we will either process a refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement product, depending on your request.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Please note that the refund process may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items that are customized or personalized
  • Products that are damaged or altered by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@blosnapo.com or call (806) 234-2013. We will resolve the issue by offering a full refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference. Please provide pictures of the damage or defect for quicker processing.

5. Late Returns

We recommend that you initiate returns as soon as possible. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to process your return or exchange. However, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed based on availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us as soon as possible to check stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

7. International Returns and Exchanges

For international orders, the return process remains the same. However, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
